Source of Funds · Source of Wealth

Capital Passport

One documented dossier that answers a compliance officer’s two questions: where all your capital came from (Source of Wealth) and where the specific funds in a transaction came from (Source of Funds). We build a continuous, evidence-backed chain — source → fiat → onboarding → USDT → current wallet — and package it so it holds up before a bank, exchange, notary or tax authority.

Whitelisted only — this is not “legalisation”. Capital Passport is a preliminary integrity check and lawful structuring with a verified source. We take on only cases with a lawful origin. If the source can’t be confirmed or the addresses are dirty, we decline.

Who it’s for

Two situations we solve

A large one-off gain

You sold real estate, a business or investments and want to hold or move the money in crypto — without a freeze or awkward questions later.

You get: a ready passport report plus an appendix set that closes a compliance request.

You were already asked “where’s the money from?”

A bank or exchange has requested Source of Funds / Source of Wealth and you need a structured, defensible answer.

You get: a documented evidence chain that answers the request directly.

How we work

Eight stages, intake to delivery (E0–E7)

Each stage has an input, an action and an output. A typical case runs 3–7 business days depending on the depth of the history.

E0

Intake & scoring

Is the source lawful, is it realistically provable, any stop-factors? A first on-chain look.

E1

Interview & inputs

Structured interview: sources of capital, amounts, dates, platforms, wallets.

E2

Fiat documents

We request and collect source documents and bank statements.

E3

On-chain screening

Screen addresses against our labels DB, OFAC and known-bad; behaviour & attribution; trace to the current wallet.

E4

Unbroken chain

Join fiat ↔ crypto, match amounts and dates, close every hop with a document.

E5

QA & close gaps

Internal red-flag review; collect what’s missing; set confidence levels.

E6

Assemble report

Compile the Capital Passport and appendix index.

E7

Delivery & follow-up

Hand over, explain how to use it, optional support during a bank/exchange query.

Where we stop

Cases we decline at intake

Unlawful or unprovable source

If the origin isn’t lawful, or fundamentally cannot be documented, we don’t take the case.

Dirty addresses

Links to sanctions (OFAC and others), mixers, confirmed scams or stolen funds.

Requests to fabricate

Asking us to “draw up” a source or hide the real origin — that directly contradicts the service.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this money laundering or “legalisation”?

No. We only take cases with a lawful source and prove it.

Do you guarantee a bank or exchange will accept it?

No. We never promise approval.

What if my source cannot be proven?

We tell you at intake and decline rather than fabricate.

How long does it take?

Typically 3–7 business days.
