Onboarding · Fiat → USDT

Legal Entry & Structuring

Bringing fiat into crypto (USDT) cleanly — designed and supported at the entry, not reconstructed later. We choose the right channel, set the route, and make sure every step is backed by a document the moment it happens. You end with a ready Capital Passport.

Whitelisted only — this is not “legalisation”. We do a preliminary check of the source and a lawful, transparent structuring of the entry. Lawful sources only. If the origin can’t be proven, or you want to hide or split it, we decline.

Why our approach

Evidence built in, not bolted on

Preventive: evidence is created in advance and in the moment — not scrambled together after a bank asks.

The output is a ready Capital Passport — no separate history reconstruction later.

Two-sided cleanliness: the fiat trail (primary docs + statements) and on-chain (route + address screening).

Explicit confidence levels instead of “all clean” — that’s what compliance believes.

Who it’s for

Three situations

A large one-off lawful gain, not yet in crypto

You want to do it right the first time and avoid a freeze or questions later.

Planning to relocate or live on crypto

You want to hold and move money worldwide without questions.

Already started, but chaotically

P2P, cash, different platforms — gaps in documents, some steps unprovable. We order and complete the chain before it’s too late.

How we work

Eight stages, intake to hand-over (E0–E7)

Design takes 2–5 business days; the support stage runs for as long as your operations take.

E0

Intake & scoring

Is the source lawful, is a clean entry realistic, any stop-factors? We clarify target jurisdictions and who may ask.

E1

Interview & goal

Structured interview: source, amounts, timing, why you’re entering, tax residency, what already exists.

E2

Source pre-check

We verify the origin BEFORE entry: primary docs, statements, reconciled amounts and dates.

E3

Choose the entry channel

Compare channels — a licensed KYC exchange, a regulated OTC desk, P2P — by risk and traceability; vet the counterparty.

E4

Legal-entry plan

A step-by-step route: fiat → account → platform → USDT → wallet, fixing which document is collected at each step.

E5

Execution support

You run the operations yourself; we control the paperwork in the moment — payment purpose, OTC contracts, trade history, TXIDs.

E6

Assemble the dossier

A continuous chain with appendices = the basis of a Capital Passport, plus a behavioural wallet assessment.

E7

Hand-over & aftercare

We hand over the plan and dossier with storage and wallet-hygiene instructions and declaration guidance (via your lawyer).

The deliverable

Three things you get

  • An entry route — which channel, which platform, how to formalise each step.
  • Step-by-step support through every operation.
  • An accompanying dossier — the evidence chain collected at entry, which is already a ready Capital Passport.
What we don’t do. We don’t run operations for you and never hold your funds or keys. We don’t promise KYC bypass or tax evasion — we do exactly the opposite.

Where we stop

Cases we decline at intake

Unlawful or unprovable source

If the origin isn’t lawful, or can’t be documented, we don’t take it.

Hiding or splitting

Requests to hide the real origin, “draw up” a source, or split amounts to avoid reporting.

Dirty channels or KYC bypass

Target addresses or counterparties tied to sanctions, mixers, scams or theft — or a request to bypass a platform’s KYC or evade tax.
